Deadlines

For the academic year 2015/2016, the deadline for the submission of the application is April 30th, 2015, but you are also welcome to send us your application as soon as you have completed it. For the deadline, the postmark on your letter is the determining factor. After the application deadline, the Foundation Board will review all applications at the same time. During the review process, an interview may take place as well; in this case, it will be conduct either by phone or in person, at a location near your place of residence or location of studies. The decision for the attribution of the scholarship is usually taken within eight weeks after the application deadline. You will be notified individually as soon as a decision is reached.
