At the moment, it is not possible to fill out the application form online; however, instead of sending us all the documents by regular mail, you may submit your application by email which should include scans of all the relevant documents (.jpeg or .pdf format is prefered, maximum of 8MB of attachments per email). In both cases, we will give you a short notice once we have received your application.
When sending your application documents by mail, please use only regular mail as far as possible. In general, there is no need to use an express service like FedEx, UPS, ... If you nevertheless choose to use such a service, please advise us beforehand as we are not always able to be at home to receive those hand-deliveries.
For the academic year 2015/2016, the deadline for the submission of the
application is April 30th, 2015, but you are also welcome to
send us your application as soon as you have completed it. For the deadline, the
postmark on your letter is the determining factor. After
the application deadline, the Foundation Board will review all applications at the
same time. During the review process, an interview may take place as well; in
this case, it will be conduct either by phone or in person, at a location near
your place of residence or location of studies. The decision for the attribution
of the scholarship is usually taken within eight weeks after the application
deadline. You will be notified individually as soon as a decision is reached.
